Online Personal Training allows you to gain the benefits of Mark's personalized and progressive workout programs without the high cost of an in-person session. Every week he will provide a personalized workout with all appropriate modifications and progressions to help you achieve optimal, rapid results. Here's what you get:

  1. An initial pre-program phone consultation to discuss your goals, motivations, likes/dislikes, medical history, etc.
  2. Weekly personalized workouts delivered via email complete with pictures, movies, descriptions, weights, reps, and sets. Your workouts will include strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises. Click here for a Sample Online Training Workout.
  3. Weekly 15-minute phone coaching sessions with Mark.
  4. Unlimited email support to help you along the way.
  5. Additional reading materials and articles to keep you learning and motivated.

In addition to the cost saving benefits of online training and the security of having a professionally designed program, you will also have the luxury to train at your convenience and not around Mark’s schedule. You will gain the benefit of having your training program available anywhere you travel, as long as you have a connection to the Internet.

Once your transaction is processed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing instructions on scheduling your pre-program phone conversation.  After your phone consultation, your first workout  will be emailed to you within two business days and you’ll be on your way.
